Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collection Agent to join our financial services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, communicating with clients to collect outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate account records. Duties
- Contact clients via phone, email, or written correspondence to follow up on overdue accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve billing discrepancies in a professional manner
- Maintain detailed records of collection activities and client interactions using accounting software
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Analyze account data to identify delinquent accounts and prioritize collection efforts
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes as needed
- Conduct account analysis to determine the best course of action for overdue accounts
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve collection procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations

Pay: $36,252.90-$69,048.35 per year
