As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.
- Shadow operators in different roles to build comprehensive facility knowledge

Primarily responsible for water treatment operations

Assist with HVAC calls and preventative maintenance calls

Trainable and receptive to on-the-job learning

Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate/Ticket required
- 4th Class certificate/ticket required; candidates directly out of school with their ticket will be considered, though some work experience is preferred
- Team consists of 5 operators
