What a day look like as Glazier:
- Meet daily production targets for glazed window units
- Achieve quality standards with 0% failure rate at next station and/or inspection by QC
- Adhere to all company and Alberta Occupational Health and Safety requirements
- Maintain cleanliness of personal workstation and production facility
- Carefully place units in rack for movement to cleaning station
- Components of Quality Control will be measured and recorded
- Carefully handle glass, parts, materials, equipment, and installation tools to ensure 0% breakage or damage
- Follow standard operating procedure to install IG within prescribed standard assembly time
REQUIREMENTS:
- Live in greater Edmonton area or be willing to relocate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, a diplomatic demeanor, and an energetic, self-motivated ambitious
- Responsible and punctual
- Manage deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
