Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Technicians, Retail, Internal, and Wholesale customers with parts selection in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Offer companion parts and promote current specials to ensure full product exposure
- Answer incoming phone calls, provide accurate price quotes, and share relevant information
- Notify the Parts Manager of any out-of-stock items or urgent shop material needs
- Communicate ETAs and arrivals to Advisors, Tower staff, and Customers
- Follow up on back-ordered parts
- Process payments or obtain credit authorization from retail customers
- Maintain accurate records of repair orders, invoices, and special-order parts
- Keep personal and department workspaces clean and organized
- Stay up-to-date with training programs, product updates, and dealership processes
- Participate in lost sales tracking initiatives with the Parts Manager
- Uphold a professional appearance and attitude at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–5 years of FCA (Chrysler) parts experience is an asset
- Post-secondary education or relevant training in automotive parts is preferred
- Experience with DealerCONNECT, StarParts, and Reynolds & Reynolds is a strong asset
- Solid understanding of parts operations and inventory control
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
