BodyWorx Vitality Inc. is looking to add a team player to our busy multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic on WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY who is energetic, responsible and dedicated to client satisfaction. The Physiotherapist will provide patient management through all stages of assessment, treatment, consultation and follow-up services to all patients. We are specifically looking for a personable physio to compliment our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-going exceptional care to new and existing clients
- Responsible for the assessment, treatment plan and on-going evaluation of client’s progress and discharge plans
- Evaluate and adjust patient treatment programs when necessary and collaborate with other members of the health care team as needed
- Observes the performance of those assisting in the physiotherapy program of clients and provide guidance as necessary
- Develops and executes strategies focused on achieving client acquisition and retention goals
- Establish and maintain accurate treatment records in accordance with clinic procedures
- Accurately document all SOAP notes and prepare/complete medical reports, WSIB POC and OCF forms as required
- Maintain a high level of communication and teamwork with the clinic team to ensure successful operations
- Actively participate in other areas of the clinic operations, such as outreach, marketing and promotion initiatives
- Ensure ongoing clinic equipment and facility maintenance; report any deficiencies to Office Manager
- Perform cross functional and/or other duties consistent with job as needed
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Skills):
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Additional certification and a commitment to continued learning an asset
- Professional liability/malpractice insurance
- 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred however, new grads are welcome to apply
- Mature, professional and accountable
- Good English oral and written skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, positively and professionally
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
