Marketing Coordinator
Canadian Down & Feather Company is looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to execute, analyze, and optimize campaigns across a variety of digital and traditional channels.
This is an on-site role.

E-Commerce Merchandising:
· Run promotions throughout the year, including set-up, monitoring, take-down and post-promotion analysis.
· Re-merchandise website regularly based on seasonal, promotional, and other requirements. Make sure the customer sees the right products and information in the right place at the right time.
· Implement SEO best practices and monitor the impact of SEO initiatives.
Email, Direct Mail & Social Media Marketing:
· Create and schedule email campaigns, snail mailings and social media posts as an extension of the website, ensuring a consistent look and feel, timely messaging and product placement, and a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
· Conduct subscriber and community management according to internal and regulatory standards.
Content Creation & Design:
· Perform light graphic design and coordinate with external partners for more complex projects.
· Assist with content creation, including shoot coordination, logistics, product preparation, and styling.
· Assist with packaging, product and web design projects, coordinating external partners as needed.
Performance Marketing:
· Work in-platform and with external partners to launch, monitor, and optimize PPC ads.
· Assist with day-to-day management of affiliate marketing program, including offer creation, publisher recruitment, and publisher communications.
Reporting:
· Retroactively compile and analyze historical data and incorporate insights into future strategies.
· Monitor campaign performance. Track and capture the impact of changes, identify areas of concern, and monitor trends.
· Run split tests and report on findings.
Other:
· Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of other projects, including gifting, event planning, retail pop-ups, sponsorships, appearances, PR, and more.
· Assist in RFP or vendor selection processes for agency partners, photographers, videographers, translators, designers, apps / software, etc.
Our ideal Marketing Coordinator will need:
· Strong track record of successful execution in a core or support business function other than marketing.
· Excellent visual and written communication skills and the ability to adapt tone and style to fit the brand.
· Meticulous attention to detail.
· Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Aptitude for digital tools and learning new technologies and platforms.
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
