Mechanical Designer / Engineer (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection)

The successful candidate will have at least minimum 5 years’ experience working with a Consulting Engineering firm that services the Building industry.
- Design mechanical building systems (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection) for various applications.
- Calculating to determine systems configurations and capacity.
- Must be able to accurately document existing and new construction conditions by performing site surveys which includes field reviews
- Review working drawings and make alterations as well.
- Heating and Cooling Load calculations using Carrier’s HAP Program.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills
- Must be proficient with MS Office which includes excel
- Must have proficient Knowledge of CAD software which includes AutoCAD
- Must be able to communicate well with colleagues/managers including clients
- Training will be provided to the right candidate, AUTOCAD skills a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
