Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through rigorous inspection and data analysis. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high-quality output, supporting continuous improvement, and upholding our commitment to excellence in manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections.
- Perform detailed analysis of product dimensions, tolerances, and specifications to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Collect, document, and analyze data related to quality metrics to support quality assurance initiatives.
- Utilize quality management systems to record inspection results and track defect trends over time.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by participating in audits, process reviews, and calibration activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and quality assurance practices.
- Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers and other precision instruments.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with QA/QC systems, documentation procedures, and compliance standards.
- Ability to perform detailed inspections while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for reporting findings clearly and collaborating effectively with team members.
