Neeche Haute Parfumerie is a luxury fragrance destination dedicated to introducing clients to some of the world's most exclusive niche fragrance houses. Through personalized consultations and exceptional service, we help clients discover fragrances that reflect their individuality and personal style.
We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Luxury Fragrance Advisor to join our Toronto boutique. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about luxury retail, enjoys building relationships, and is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences while supporting the daily operations of the boutique.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer service and personalized fragrance consultations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Contribute to achieving monthly boutique sales goals through exceptional client service and teamwork.
- Educate clients on fragrance collections, ingredients, and brand stories.
- Support daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and merchandising standards.
- Help maintain the boutique's luxury presentation and operational excellence.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members when required.
- Participate in brand events, launches, and client engagement activities.
- Assist with store reporting, inventory counts, and operational tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding sales performance, inventory, and boutique operations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury products and client service.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Preferred:
- Experience in luxury retail, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or fragrance.
- Experience with premium brands such as Sephora, Holt Renfrew, Aesop, Jo Malone, Diptyque, Le Labo, Byredo, Creed, Tom Ford Beauty, or similar.
- Additional languages are considered an asset.
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
