Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hot Meals Cook to prepare and serve nutritious, delicious hot meals in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent food handling skills, and a commitment to food safety standards. Duties
- Baking
- Preparing and serving meals
- Planning weekly menu's and Doing weekly Shopping
- Operating Kitchen equipment and dishwasher
- Monitoring, Restocking and Maintaining supplies
- Maintain a positive rapport with students, staff and visitors
Qualifications
- Food safe Level 1
- Knowledge of inventory
- Valid drivers license and current Drivers abstract
- Ability to use judgement in applying clearly prescribed methods and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively using couresy and tact in the routine exchange of information.
