At Ricky's All Day Grill, Prince Albert, SK, We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Cook. This role is essential in delivering high-quality food and service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, showcasing skills in serving, food preparation, and cooking. Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Follow restaurant guidelines and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle food items safely, adhering to all food safety regulations.
- Meal preparation and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and proper ordering to maintain stock for optimum operations.
- Participate in training sessions on food handling, safety procedures, and customer service.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment required.
- Familiarity with traditional Canadian food items and cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
