Job Description
Canada Trust Driving School Inc. is currently hiring a qualified AZ Truck Driver Instructor / AZ Driving Instructor / Commercial Driving Instructor to join our team in Concord, Ontario.
We are a leading commercial driving school focused on safety, professionalism, and high-quality truck driver training. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced AZ truck drivers who want a stable, local role and to transition into a teaching position.
Pay & Schedule
- $26–$30 per hour
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Consistent, year-round work
- Local position – home daily (no long-haul driving)
Responsibilities
- Provide in-cab (on-road) AZ truck driver training
- Deliver classroom instruction on commercial driving and safety
- Prepare students for AZ road tests and real-world driving
- Mentor and support students throughout training
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
Requirements
- Valid Ontario AZ Driver’s License
- Minimum 5 years of consecutive, insured commercial driving experience
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
- Farsi (Persian) language required
- Previous driving instructor or truck trainer experience is an asset (training provided)
- Manual transmission experience is an asset
