Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial or residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical knowledge, and leadership abilities to ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant, and efficiently managed. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, supervising staff, and implementing project management strategies to optimize property performance.
oles and Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Oversee project management activities related to property upgrades, refurbishments, or new developments.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule, track, and document maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC systems, electrical systems (including low voltage), mechanical equipment, and other building infrastructure.
- Review schematics and technical manuals related to building systems such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial equipment.
- Monitor property conditions through regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs or improvements.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, budgets, vendor contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams in English to address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations across all property operations.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience with supervising teams in property or industrial maintenance settings.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, HVAC expertise, and familiarity with low-voltage systems.
- Experience working with CMMS software for maintenance tracking.
- Knowledge of schematics related to building systems and industrial equipment, such as PLCs.
- Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to oversee complex projects while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
- Relevant certifications or training in management, electrical systems, HVAC, or mechanical maintenance are preferred.
