They are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Manager to support daily accounting, office administration, and operational coordination. Position Overview
The Bookkeeper / Office Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping functions, supporting accounts payable and receivable, completing bank reconciliations, assisting with monthly financial analysis, ordering supplies, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping experience, excellent attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional office and production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions.
- Complete bank reconciliations accurately and on time.
- Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Support accounts payable, including reviewing vendor invoices, preparing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting, analysis, and account summaries.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Monitor office expenses and support basic budgeting processes.
- Order office and production-related supplies as required.
- Support general office administration and daily office operations.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal team members in a professional manner.
- Assist ownership and management with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency in all financial and administrative work.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of bookkeeping experience.
- Previous experience in an office manager, accounting assistant, or administrative support role is considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general bookkeeping practices.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in a 5-day in-office environment.
- Experience in printing, signage, manufacturing, or production-based industries is considered an asset but not required.
