What will you be doing?
- Provide support, leadership, and training to a commercial landscape maintenance crew
- Monitor job progress, execution, and efficiencies on site
- Provide landscape maintenance services for commercial clients including lawn moving, line trimming, pruning, weeding, laying mulch or rock, and planting
- Snow Removal during the winter season- this gives you a year-round position!
- Operate various small equipment safely and drive a truck and trailer
What do we need from you?
- Strong and proven leadership skills to lead a team successfully- 2 or more years preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional setting performing landscape maintenance services
- Strong attention to detail and excellent critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a valid class 5 licence with a clear record
- Able to drive a truck and enclosed trailer
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repetitively
- Pesticide applicator’s certificate considered an asset

Pay: $27.00-$34.00 per hour
