Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC-R Red Seal Technician with B-Gas to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems, repair. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across various commercial and residential settings. The technician will ensure all work complies with safety standards and schematics, providing reliable service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC-R systems, including refrigeration units, boilers, and related mechanical equipment, pool heaters.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as inspections, tune-ups, and system upgrades to ensure optimal operation
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately troubleshoot issues
- Conduct plumbing and welding repairs as needed to support HVAC system functionality
- Utilize mechanical skills to install, modify, or replace components within HVAC systems
- Assist with appliance repairs related to heating and cooling equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment during all service activities
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- Valid HVAC-R Red Seal Certification with relevant experience in the field
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair
- Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, and construction plans
- Proven mechanic experience in HVAC or related maintenance roles
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
