Your Responsibilities
- Guide customers through financing and leasing options.
- Present finance, warranty, and protection products with integrity and professionalism.
- Build strong relationships that create an exceptional customer experience.
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless vehicle purchasing process.
- Maintain compliance with dealership and lender requirements.
- Help drive dealership performance through outstanding service and sales results.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive finance experience is required.
- General Motors dealership experience is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to build rapport and earn customer trust.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results oriented.
- Professional attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
