RenoGiant Home Renovations is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. We’re looking for a someone with a strong background in home renovations and a proven track record in sales. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, understand their renovation goals, and guide them in bringing their vision to life. This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential and significant growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across the GTA.
- Meet with homeowners in person to assess their renovation needs and offer expert guidance.
- Prepare estimates, explain design options, and close renovation contracts.
- Collaborate with project and design teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing recommendations.
- Conduct on-site consultations and document client requirements accurately.
- Stay informed about renovation trends, materials, and pricing to confidently guide customers.
Requirements
- Age 30+ with several years of direct sales experience, preferably in home improvement or renovations.
- Background in residential construction or home renovation is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Proven ability to manage and close high-value deals.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working evenings or weekends when needed to accommodate client schedules.
