Fowler's Toad Pizza & Beach Bar (formerly Capri Restaurant) is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage and schedule staff
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Maintain health, safety, and liquor licensing compliance
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Assist with marketing and business development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food service, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Smart Serve Certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
