Live Operations Associate (English/Portuguese)
Location: North York, ON (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

As a Live Operations Associate, you'll help provide an exceptional experience for the online gaming community by supporting players, monitoring game performance, and collaborating with internal teams.
Respond to player support tickets related to gameplay, billing, and account inquiries.
Investigate game issues, event reward requests, and analyze bug reports before escalating confirmed issues to QA.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to players.
Review reports of player violations and take appropriate account actions, including suspensions when required.
Verify customer accounts for lost, compromised, or scammed accounts.
Monitor game performance and player activity to identify and report issues.
Regularly play and test the game to help ensure a high-quality player experience.
Monitor social media, Discord, and community forums for player feedback and emerging concerns.
Assist with game testing and collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and Live Operations teams.
Publish announcements regarding game updates, maintenance, and events while engaging with the gaming community across multiple platforms.
1–2 years of customer service experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide timely resolutions.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the gaming industry.
Passion for online gaming.
Experience with PC and/or console game testing.
Familiarity with Discord, gaming forums, or online gaming communities.
Hybrid work environment (3 days in office).
