We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our small, locally owned business. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, keyboarding skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Position Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Greet clients and assist with general inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle inspection appointments.
- Prepare invoices, process payments, manage filing system and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate and liaise with insurance adjusters regarding claims and inspections.
- Coordinate with body shops to facilitate repair estimates.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Manage email communications and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Perform general office duties to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in accounting and bookkeeping is preferred.
