MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform repairs on Kinova products;
-
Electronic defect analysis;
-
Soldering and repair of electronic components;
-
Mechanical repairs;
-
Take charge of customer returns concerning robotic products and ensure complete follow-up of the internal process in place;
-
Carry out the tests required to reproduce the problems reported by the customer, complete the analyses to determine the defective components, and carry out the necessary maintenance, repairs, and upgrades;
-
Carry out the necessary tests and calibrations to ensure the conformity of our robotic products to their original specifications, and follow up with the production engineering group;
-
Complete internal documentation required to comply with ISO 13485 standards;
-
Contribute to the implementation and support of internal processes;
-
Perform rigorous analyses based on unusual problems and involving rare known practices;
-
Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy in solving complex problems and require little supervision;
-
Apply in-depth technical expertise, contributing to the team's technical development.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
-
College diploma (DEC) in electronics or other relevant experience;
-
One year of relevant experience;
-
Experience or interest in after-sales service;
-
Interest in new technologies;
-
Ability to work in a team;
-
Excellent interpersonal skills;
-
Sense of priority and urgency;
-
Fluency in English/French (oral and written).
