About the Role
As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll support clients across Canada and global markets, working closely with teams in Toronto, London, and APAC. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound client inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging
- Deliver high-quality, timely support and act as a brand ambassador
- Provide product guidance to help clients maximize platform usage
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions
- Resolve or escalate client issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records and meet KPI/SLA targets
- Assist with client payment-related queries
Schedule & Work Arrangement
- On-site role (5 days/week in office)
- Shifts typically range between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Qualifications
- Bilingual: English + French (required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Client-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Interest in financial services/trading environment
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
Additional Requirements
- Ability to complete UK regulatory assessment and Australian RG146 certification within 6 months of hire
- Ongoing commitment to certification and compliance standards
