This is an excellent opportunity for a Realtor who enjoys working with buyers, building relationships, conducting showings, negotiating offers, and helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
What You'll Do
✔ Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and online leads
✔ Conduct buyer consultations
✔ Show homes, condos, townhomes, and investment properties
✔ Guide buyers through the entire purchasing process
✔ Write and negotiate offers
✔ Follow up consistently with prospects and active clients
✔ Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
✔ Attend team meetings and training sessions
✔ Deliver exceptional client service that generates referrals and repeat business

Compensation
Commission-based position with significant earning potential.
