Job Overview
The House Manager is a vital leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations and overall management of the household. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate household staff, including housekeepers, cooks, and maintenance personnel
- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for household activities and staff duties
- Oversee household supplies inventory and manage procurement to ensure necessary items are stocked
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure all household systems are functioning properly
- Plan and organize household events, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained throughout the residence
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, service providers, and contractors
- Manage household budgets and oversee expense tracking
- Assist with personal errands or special projects as required by the household members
Requirements
- Proven experience in household management or a similar leadership role within a private residence or hospitality setting
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills to liaise with staff, vendors, and household members
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and household needs
- Prior experience in managing staff or supervising teams is preferred

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
