Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Quick Lube Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire services, and other routine maintenance while ensuring a positive customer experience. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicles
- Rotate tires and inspect for wear or damage
- Replace air filters, cabin air filters, wiper blades, and vehicle lights
- Perform battery testing and replacement
- Assist with transmission and coolant fluid exchanges
- Conduct basic inspections and alert team members or customers of any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Assist in promoting additional services as needed
- Follow all safety and company procedures
Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude (quick lube experience an asset but not required)
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift heavy tools and parts as needed
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Team-oriented with a desire to learn and grow
- Must be self-motivated and reliable
- Willingness to work weekends
- Must be able to commute reliably to Rockland, ON K4K 0B2
