Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload products and materials (e.g., bulk gravel) for customers and delivery drivers
- Operate a front-end loader and forklift on outdoor, uneven terrain
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing materials
- Reduce product damage through safe handling practices
- Fuel and check fluid levels of equipment for daily operation
- Maintain a clean and organized yard and depot area
- Pick, pack, and assemble customer orders for pickup or delivery
- Operate high-pressure washers to clean equipment
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Forklift Certification
- Experience operating a front-end loader
- General knowledge of workplace health and safety
- Valid Ontario G Class license (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (100 lbs occasionally)
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments with varying temperatures, dust, and noise
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
