Overview
We're looking for a Sous Chef who wants to help build something — not just work in one.
At 1827, the kitchen is intentional. Thoughtful plates, a curated wine program, everything from scratch, and a team that earns respect rather than demands it. If you care about standards, details, and doing things properly — we should talk.

As a vital part of our restaurant management, the Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional to grow within a reputable establishment committed to excellence in the food industry.
