Sherwood Nissan is looking for an experienced express service advisor to join our team! You must be goal oriented, organized, have good communication skills, be a team player and have the desire to learn. You are the first point of contact for the customer at time of drop off and set the stage for each individual's experience with our dealership.
Express Service Writer should:
- Warmly greet customers.
- Check the customer in.
- Determine work requested/required for the vehicle.
- Dispatch the work to the technicians.
- Review service recommendations with the customer
- Check the customer out and review the service.
- Answer service calls and assist customers.
An ideal candidate will have:
- Customer service experience
- 1 year + experience in the automotive industry
- Experience with Reynolds Ignite system
- Be flexible and able to work well under pressure.
- High attention to detail and effective organizational skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
We are seeking a candidate available to work Tuesday through Saturday. Tuesday- Friday 730am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.
