As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, create informative content, and deliver high-impact events that strengthen our brand, build trust, and generate qualified consultation inquiries.
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable bilingual professional who is comfortable both developing ideas and carrying them through from planning to execution.
In this role, you will manage digital marketing campaigns, create clear and engaging immigration-related content, and coordinate online and in-person events such as webinars, information sessions, and workshops. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that marketing activities support the company’s goals and the overall client journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin/TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, email, and the company website.
- Develop educational and immigration-related content, including articles, social media posts, short videos, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Manage website content and support basic search engine optimization initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate online and in-person events, including webinars, information sessions, seminars, and workshops.
- Manage all stages of event execution, including landing pages, registration, attendee reminders, event schedules, speaker preparation, technical checks, venue and vendor coordination, and on-site logistics.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Case Processing teams to align marketing campaigns and events with company priorities and client needs.
- Monitor campaign and event performance and prepare weekly reports or dashboards.
- Analyze results and provide recommendations to improve content, creative materials, messaging, timing, and audience targeting.
- Conduct A/B testing on campaign elements such as headlines, content formats, visuals, and calls to action.
- Manage marketing and event budgets while coordinating with external vendors and service providers.
- Stay informed about digital marketing trends, platform updates, and audience behaviour.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, marketing coordination, or a related role, either in-house or at an agency.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Cantonese is strongly preferred.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to explain detailed or complex information in a clear and accessible way.
- Experience using both Chinese and Western digital platforms, such as Google, Baidu, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin/TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools, website content management, and basic SEO practices.
- Experience creating short-form video content, including scripting, filming, and editing using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Experience planning and delivering webinars and small- to mid-sized in-person events from beginning to end.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing budgets and coordinating with vendors.
- A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to work.
- Experience in service-based marketing, Canadian immigration, international education, professional services, or a related industry is considered an asset.
