Account Executive
The Account Executive is a detail-oriented, junior-level member of the Account Management team, supporting all stages of client project delivery. In this role, you will work closely with more senior members of the account team to coordinate day-to-day activity and act as the link between clients and internal teams. This role also requires bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) to effectively support and build relationships with Spanish-speaking clients.
In this role, you will assist with project execution, help manage timelines, coordinate internal communications, and ensure work is delivered accurately and to set timelines.
As an Account Executive, you bring at least 2 years of experience working with clients and building strong, trusted relationships. You are highly organized, a strong communicator, and ask thoughtful questions. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred to support collaboration with Spanish-speaking clients and partners. Working collaboratively across the agency, you help deliver high-quality work while continuing to grow your strategic confidence and leadership capability.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career and eager to further develop their client management skills within a supportive team structure.
What You Will Do:
Project Management
- Develop deep understanding of client programs and project details
- Assist in developing creative briefs and project timelines
- Support day-to-day project management, including briefings, reviews, approvals, and schedules
- Collaborate and build relationships with creative, strategy, experiential, and digital experts to ensure alignment with overall plans and changes in order to deliver outstanding work
Communications
- Participate in client status meetings as a key resource
- Help track and communicate updates, revisions, and timelines to stakeholders
- Provide project updates and next steps in internal status meetings
- Prepare agendas and meeting recaps
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders
Client Relationship Management
- Provide exceptional service, same day response to inquiries and appropriate follow-up and follow-through on all commitments
- Ensure the flawless execution of projects by providing superior support and ongoing communications on all aspects of the project
- Build and maintain strong relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking clients through clear, professional bilingual communication
Quality Control
- Ensure all projects are delivered using approved processes and protocols
- Ensure changes to projects are completed on time and proofread for overall accuracy versus request
- Ensure appropriate sign offs are secured internally and with the client
Administration
- Support administrative functions including timely and accurate invoicing to clients and financial tracking
- Complete all aspects of the reporting process including opening dockets, processing charges to correct dockets, sign off on supplier invoices, organizing and filing paperwork
- Participate in program analysis to review project elements, measures of success, key learning and recommendations

What You Will Bring:
- At least 2 years’ experience at a marketing services agency or studio environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish required
- A client-first mindset with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- The ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure, managing multiple priorities with precision and pride.
- Strategic and Analytical thinking – you are able to see the big picture and are confident to put your voice into the room, bringing bold ideas forward.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a proactive attitude that motivates both clients and team members.
