Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our growing food manufacturing operation. This role is hands-on and focused on producing high-quality functional gummy products in a clean, organized, and fast-paced small-batch production environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, careful with instructions, and comfortable working with food production processes. This position plays a key role in ensuring product consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency during daily production runs.
Duties
- Assist in the production of gummy products following standardized recipes and procedures
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately according to batch instructions
- Operate and monitor basic food production equipment safely and correctly
- Assist with pouring, setting, cutting, and packaging finished products
- Perform quality checks to ensure consistency in texture, weight, and appearance
- Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in the production area
- Label, organize, and package finished products for storage or shipment
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures at all times
- Support setup and cleanup before and after production runs
- Work with the team to meet daily/weekly production targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in food production, kitchen work, warehouse, or manufacturing is an asset but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions exactly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when needed
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent work ethic
- Willingness to maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Food safety awareness is an asset (or willingness to learn)
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
