We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Delivery & Sales Representative to join our bakery team. Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport bakery products to various locations
- Deliver orders accurately and on time while maintaining product integrity
- Engage with customers professionally, answer questions, and promote bakery items through upselling techniques
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist in merchandising products at retail locations to maximize visibility and sales
- Manage pricing adjustments and ensure proper documentation for transactions
- Handle heavy lifting of bakery goods and supplies during deliveries and restocking
- Organize delivery schedules efficiently to optimize routes and reduce delays
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, sales, and inventory levels
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual fluency in English and French is required
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or merchandising preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers and team members
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills for route planning and inventory management
- Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly during deliveries and restocking processes
- Basic math skills for handling pricing adjustments and transaction records
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols
