Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Part-time Delivery Driver for a direct hire opportunity in the Kitchener area. This role is ideal for an experienced commercial delivery professional who enjoys local and regional driving, hands-on work, and being part of a supportive team.
The Part-time Delivery Driver will complete scheduled deliveries throughout Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Stratford, Port Bruce, London, Ayr, and occasionally Hamilton. This position offers steady weekday daytime hours, a positive team environment, supportive leadership, and training support for Dangerous Goods certification if needed. When deliveries are complete, the driver will assist in the warehouse with product put-away and order preparation for upcoming deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload products into and out of the delivery van, including lifting items up to 50 lbs.
- Safely deliver products to customer and business locations across assigned regional routes.
- Operate the delivery van safely and efficiently while following all traffic laws and company procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general organization of the vehicle.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and delivery contacts.
- Assist in the warehouse after deliveries by putting products away and building orders for future routes.
