The Role
We're looking for a sharp, discreet, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support two of our client's most senior leaders. This isn't a traditional admin role. You'll be a true operational partner: managing competing priorities, supporting governance and legal workflows, and helping two busy executives do their best work.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, handle confidential information with care, and take pride in being three steps ahead — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Calendar & Scheduling
- Own and protect two complex, ever-changing executive calendars
- Screen and triage inbound calls, emails, and requests
- Resolve scheduling conflicts before they become problems
Governance & Legal Support
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, draft agendas, and record minutes
- Manage sensitive documents, NDAs, contracts, and filings
- Liaise with external advisors and regulatory contacts; track follow-ups
Executive Communications & Operations
- Act as the communication bridge between senior leadership and board members, investors, and key stakeholders
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and talking points for internal and external meetings
- Drive special projects related to strategic planning, partnerships, or corporate initiatives
Day-to-Day Operations
- Book and manage complex domestic and international travel
- Handle expense reports and credit card reconciliation
- Keep sensitive information confidential — always
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a corporate or legal environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication — you can draft a memo as easily as you can take a call
- Advanced Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills; bonus points for Google Workspace
- Comfort with AI productivity tools and a willingness to adopt new tech
- Familiarity with legal terminology and corporate governance is a strong asset
- Calm under pressure, high-trust judgment, and meticulous follow-through
You'll Stand Out If You
- Have supported multiple C-suite executives or a senior legal function simultaneously
- Have experience with board governance or preparing materials for formal meetings
- Are known for being the person who notices things before anyone asks
Why This Role
You'll sit at the center of a fast-moving organization, working alongside leaders who value your judgment and trust your discretion. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who wants to be more than a scheduler — and who's ready for it.
Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Application question(s):
