Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales, Marketing & Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing customer relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and overseeing financial transactions. Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or PeopleSoft
- Support sales and marketing efforts by coordinating campaigns, tracking leads, and maintaining customer databases
- Handle data entry related to customer orders, payments, and account updates with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform accounts payable tasks as needed, ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or opportunities for process improvement
- Assist with bookkeeping activities, including ledger maintenance and financial record keeping
- Negotiate payment terms with clients and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections
- Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Experience
- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or PeopleSoft
- Strong background in bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, and account reconciliation
- Familiarity with financial services and analysis skills related to account management
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Effective negotiation skills and the ability to communicate professionally via phone etiquette
- Prior experience in customer service or sales support is preferred
- Knowledge of accounting principles and math skills necessary for accurate account analysis
- Experience with account analysis and reconciliation processes is highly desirable
Pay: $39,310.69-$50,000.00 per year
