Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable transactions accurately and on time; maintain vendor relationships; reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies; collaborate internally for payment processing; prepare employee expense reimbursements; assist with month-end close (AP); process General Ledger journal entries including intercompany and other transactions; support continuous improvement of accounting processes.
Qualifications:
2+ years Accounts Payable or General Ledger experience; post-secondary education; excellent written and verbal English communication; strong customer service, phone etiquette, and conflict de-escalation skills; strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting timelines; works independently; maintains confidentiality and discretion on financial matters.
Salary from $48,000 (Experience based)
Full-time, Mon-Fri, Permanent.
