Little Paws Cat Sitting is a company that was created to fill a gap in traditional cat-sitting, where we prioritize accommodating the individual needs of each and every fur baby right in their own homes! We know that when a client chooses us to care for their pet, they are leaving a piece of their heart in our care. Our prime objective is to ensure our clients are resting easy while away knowing their four legged family members are happy and well cared for.
Here at Little Paws we pride ourselves in providing top quality care to the animals entrusted to us while their people are away and we are recruiting new team members who not only love cats, but are happy capturing their shenanigans in pictures.

Who you are:
You are a person who loves animals and strives to provide the highest level of care, comfort, and compassion to any that would come into your care. You are responsible, reliable, and flexible on how you would accommodate to each individual cat’s needs. You are comfortable administering medication as required to cats. You’re flexible and comfortable travelling to other people’s homes to care for their cats. Due to the nature of this business we have ebbs and flows with jobs. Busy times are holidays and weekends and your availability during these times will be considered.

Job Description
- Attend meet and greet with client
- Confirm date and time of meet and greet with Little Paws Cat Sitting the night prior to the set date and time of meet and greet
- Ensure quality care is given, including but not limited to; feeding, fresh water, giving the cats lots of love, attention and enrichment (play time), cleaning litter etc.
- Administer medications if required
- A minimum of a 60 minute visit must be made with the clients cat(s)
- Send daily email updates to client, including photos
- Current criminal records check at employees expense, submitted to Little Paws Cat Sitting to be kept on file
- Must have valid drivers license and vehicle
- Must be available to work holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Long Weekends etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
Job Types: Casual, Contract
Salary: $20.00 to $22.50 /hour
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Experience:
- with diabetic cats & insulin: 1 year (preferred)
