Position Overview
As a Vehicle Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by providing excellent customer service, coordinating appointments, conducting vehicle inspections, and maintaining accurate records. Vehicle Coordinator Responsibilities Include:
- Communicate with customers, visitors, and team members in a professional and efficient manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through exceptional service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct detailed vehicle inspections and accurately document findings.
- Update company systems in real time and maintain required documentation.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational and customer-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is entered correctly.
- Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Vehicle Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- 1-2 years of customer service, administrative, or related experience preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Consistent work history and reliable attendance.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office-based environment.
- Extended periods of sitting and computer use.
- Frequent phone and email communication.
- Occasional walking and vehicle inspections as required.
