Pick & Pack & Inventory Specialist
We are a fast-growing Manitoba company looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Pick & Pack & Inventory Specialist to join our operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare shipments for courier and freight carriers
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts
- Label, organize, and store products appropriately
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Work closely with operations to ensure orders are fulfilled on schedule
- Support other warehouse and operational tasks as required
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems are an asset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Requirements
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable personal vehicle for commuting to our Stony Mountain facility
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
