Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and mechanical systems, with the ability to diagnose and repair various vehicle issues efficiently. Duties
- Perform diagnostic assessments on vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct repairs and maintenance using hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment
- Replace or repair faulty parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and other components
- Utilize dealership experience to ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards
- Handle heavy lifting safely when moving or installing large parts or equipment
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards
- Assist with routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive repair, preferably within a dealership setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Prior mechanic experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with automotive systems and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory
