Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in catering, serving, and hospitality within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and seat them in the order in which they arrive;
- Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested;
- Take customer orders and relay them accurately to relevant team members;
- Serve food and beverages;
- Clear, properly clean and set tables between uses;
- Collect payment from customers in a timely manner;
- Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate and enjoyable dining experiences;
- Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor
-Can work at night shift (Day shift starts at 10:00 am & Night shift ends at 2:00 am)
