Dan the Stickman is hiring a Sawmill Labourer. Dan the Stickman is recruiting positive individuals with great enthusiasm in quality, efficiency and production output work. We value fun, so come prepared to enjoy the work you do and to provide exceptional service to our team, our customers and to all those we encounter. As a Sawmill Labourer, you will work on the production floor for 35 hours/week. This is a labour intensive job and requires someone with agility and energy.
Sawmill Labourer Job Duties
- Ensuring quality product outputs
- Loading saws
- Stacking lumber and product
- Wrapping completed pallets
- Painting finished product
- Sorting cut product
- Other associated duties
Sawmill Labourer Skills & Qualifications
- **Millwright, Manufacturing/Production experience is an asset
- Attention to detail and organized
- Goal oriented
- Great time management skills
- Willing to be a part of the team and job share
- Experience in a production environment would be an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- McLennan, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Millwright, Manufacturing/Production: 1 year (preferred)
