The UGDSB is situated on the ancestral, treaty and title lands of two Anishinaabek Ojibwe Nations: the Michi Saagig of the Credit and the Saugeen Ojibway Nation. THE OPPORTUNITY
The UGDSB is seeking a dynamic individual to join our elementary teaching team for the following opportunity:
Position Details: Permanent Contract – Core French - 0.5FTE
Location: Salem
Work Schedule: Afternoons
Salary Range: $52,974.00 - $119,975.00 per annum; salary grid rate is based on QECO rating and teaching experience; annual salary is prorated based on FTE; grid rate effective September 1, 2026

Reporting to the Principal of the assigned school, the Permanent Teacher is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing curriculum-based instruction in accordance with Ontario Ministry of Education standards and Board Policies.
