We are looking for an RMT who genuinely loves helping people feel better in their bodies and who thrives in a warm, elevated, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs
- Offer services such as relaxation, deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal massage, Brazilian lymphatic drainage, buccal facial massage, and other therapeutic modalities
- Create thoughtful, personalized treatment plans and wellness recommendations
- Maintain detailed and professional client records
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience rooted in care, professionalism, and connection
- Educate clients on the benefits of ongoing wellness and self-care practices
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
- Collaborate with our wellness practitioners to support a holistic client journey
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) license in Ontario
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of anatomy and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm, grounded, professional energy
- Passion for wellness, healing, and continued growth
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Experience in lymphatic drainage, facial massage, or holistic modalities is considered a strong asset
