We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Industrial / Management Engineer to join our growing dental lab in Toronto. In this role, you will work closely with operational leaders to support workflow optimization, analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to projects that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer service.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate data and documentation across systems; audit, reconcile, and correct discrepancies
- Analyze and optimize digital workflows by identifying bottlenecks, evaluating operational metrics, and implementing process improvements
- Partner with lab production, customer service, and QA teams to ensure efficient case flow, smooth handoffs, and on-time delivery
- Track operational metrics (turnaround time, first-pass yield, rework/returns)
- Create and update SOPs, checklists, and training materials to standardize processes and support continuous improvement
- Collaborate with management to improve resource utilization, scheduling, operational planning, and overall laboratory efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS
- Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with computers and data entry systems
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
