Overview:
Senturion Group is seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects from pre‑construction through final turnover. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven leadership skills, capable of managing budgets, schedules, trades, and client expectations while ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and close‑out
- Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and trades
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and resources
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Identify and resolve issues, delays, or conflicts proactively
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure all work adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficient with project management software and reporting tools
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Safety certifications (WHMIS, Working at Heights, etc.) considered an asset
