Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing, with the ability to work on various projects ranging from residential to commercial installations. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as the capability to read blueprints and schematics. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various plumbing tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout of plumbing systems.
- Perform heavy lifting as necessary for installations and repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and HVAC technicians, to ensure project completion.
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and other plumbing components.
- Adhere to all safety regulations while performing duties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Familiarity with carpentry, HVAC systems, and construction practices is a plus.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
- Capability of performing heavy lifting as required by job duties.

Pay: $40.00-$44.00 per hour
