Job Title: Production Associate
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for optical testing and assembly work within a cleanroom environment. You will multitask by testing up to 17 cameras simultaneously and operate multiple test benches. Your role will require a high level of computer literacy, including the use of testing software, connecting and disconnecting cables, and scanning completed orders in SAP ERP. You will also need to retest failed products, create support calls to the reactionary team, and adhere to the schedule of work orders.
Responsibilities

Conduct optical testing by multitasking with up to 17 cameras simultaneously.

Utilize computer literacy to operate testing software and manage orders in SAP ERP.

Adhere to cleanroom protocols and wear appropriate PPE while working.

Lift up to 20 lbs from the floor and above shoulder level as needed.

Demonstrate manual dexterity for assembly work with small parts.

Use digital assembly instructions and manual tools like torque drivers and soldering irons.
Essential Skills

1+ years of production experience, ideally with small parts.

Quality inspection and troubleshooting experience.

Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Work Environment
The work environment is akin to a laboratory rather than a traditional factory. The position is located in a Clean Room level 100, which is climate-controlled. Employees are required to wear full protective garb, including a hairnet, veil, and full-body suit. The facility is exceptionally clean and organized.
There are currently openings on straight day, afternoon, and overnight shifts
