Locally owned fire protection company is currently seeking a full time Administrative Assistant/Service Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support to team members
-Client communication including job scheduling and logistics
-Receive incoming phone calls and respond to emails
-Data entry of reports
- Keeping the office organized and supplies stocked
-Reception duties as required and additional projects as assigned
Requirements:
-Excellent customer service and client interaction skills
-Able to work without direct supervision
-Must be motivated, organized, and reliable
-Have exceptional written and oral communication skills
-Have above average typing ability
-Be proficient in various computer programs with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Details:
Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm
